Registered Manager

I joined Meadow Court in February 2017 as a Support Worker, eager to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Through dedication and a strong work ethic, I progressed to the role of Senior Support Worker and later to Deputy Manager, gaining valuable experience. In July 2024, I was honoured to become the Registered Manager, a role that allows me to further influence the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. I believe strongly that all individuals should be treated equally and with dignity, and I am committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. I also recognize the vital importance of community enrichment in promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for those we support.

In my role as Registered Manager, I strive to ensure that our services empower individuals, promote equal opportunities, and create environments where everyone feels valued and included.

In my role as the Operations Manager I oversee the delivery of care services; develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as evaluating staff performance and identifying areas of improvement or concern.
